The Rain Notebook

* Dictionary.com  OMG this site is the one of the most awesomest site ever.  Every time I feel retarded and can’t seem to get a word typed correctly I head over there.   But the main reason I go there is to make sure a word means exactly what I think it means.  One of my biggest fears is using a word that I think I know the definition but I’m totally off.  Or using it in the wrong way.  So dictionary.com is my friend… a true friend that tells me the truth.

* CLR  Another true friend.  This is my friend in the bathroom and the kitchen.  This is one of the best products out there.  Granted it does require gloves but I like the fact that the smell isn’t so bad I have to hold my breath just to stand over it.  Lime Away and other products may be just as good but this is the best, plus its not a stinky friend.

*  Trip planning.  We are leaving a week from today and going to be on vacation for the weekend.  Including a train ride and dinner & a show!  I’m so excited.  Room is booked and my bags are practically packed.  Yay!

*  Gauchos.  I LOVE them and until recently I haven’t been wearing them.  I recently lost 60lbs and forgot about my gauchos!  I never wanted to wear them because they just made me look chubbier then I was, and trust me, I didn’t need help with that.  Now that I lost that weight I can go shopping again for them!!  Yay!

*  Headaches.  Eeeek.  I’ve had the same headache for 3 days in a row now.  And no matter what I do I can’t seem to get rid of it.  Yuck!

*  Banks that close at 4 when you have a job that works you until 4.  Makes it hard to go see them at all. Then people seem to know the days that you’re trying to scoot out 10 mins early because they have to call you and tell you to wait for them to show up. Really?

*  Reading over my post before I publish.  For some reason I HATE this.  I rather post the blog then go back and read it at that point.  Usually though I discover numerous grammar and spelling issues that I didn’t catch as I was typing.  I would of course catch this before I post it but it looks so much better when I’m reading it on my website!  I’m learning to use the preview button more, but still.  So if you notice something being off on my grammar or type a different word then I meant, you know why.

*  Small houses. Grrrrr… thats the only thing I have nice to say about that.
