The Fire – Chely Wright
So on my about me page I mentioned that I’m passionate about being passionate. Now how I would love to say that I came up with that saying myself, but I didn’t. The first time I heard was in by a great country singer, Chely Wright.
The song name is called “The Fire” and in the chorus she says those very words. I realized the first time I heard it that was the perfect way to describe me.
I looked up the meaning of Passion and I found 12 different meanings at dictionary.com and not just one fit to the way I see passion. So I decided to give you my meaning. (you’re so lucky!)
Simply, Passion, to me, is giving 110% of yourself into something that you feel strongly about. Of course this can be done in so many ways but ultimately the meaning is still the same. And I feel passionate about being passionate. I may be intense sometimes but I love my passion and I would never get rid of that. That’s why I’m passionate about being passionate.
