Diet: Healthy Perspectives

So I figured I’d introduce to you, my diet.  I’m not going to go into explaining the ins and outs of it but I thought I’d let you know that I’m on a diet.   I have lost 45lbs (toot toot)  and I’m still going to be on it for a little while longer.  While I’ve been on this diet I have discovered how to use a limited grocery list to make extraordinary dishes.

I’ll be featuring some of these recipes, here in the next few weeks.  I will be tagging them “Healthy Perspectives” so you can see that this is a diet recipe.  I’ll be using foods that you can by at almost any grocery store, and some items from a health food store.  There will be nothing crazy that you wouldn’t know how to get.

I just thought I’d let everyone know what to expect out of these recipes for a little while.   I will definitely be posting recipes for some great off the diet menus so please stick around for those.  Until then, I challenge you to try out these recipes for a healthy alternative to  typical traditional recipes.

Anyways… just wanted to warn you.  Now you can’t say that I didn’t. :)
