Green Is Sexy
So last night me and my honey are watching the movie State of Play. And it had one of my favorite actresses Rachel McAdams. Almost anything she plays in I have to see… I just think shes awesome. Read my About Me page to see how she helped inspire the name of the blog. :)
Anyways, on one of the many interruptions we had during the movie I picked up a Success From Home magazine I had gotten that day. And I’m glancing through the pictures happen to spot my favorite actress! If you know anything about the magazine you know that its a mag about business owners, entrepreneurs, and growing your business. Well there is a big picture of Rachel along with a really cool article.
She and her friends believe strongly in making the environment a better place and they formed the website GreenIsSexy.org The website gives suggestions and ideas on how to live green in your life.
I just thought it was incredibly cool that not only does she feel strongly about this but she is actually doing something about it and even created a website to make a difference.
I knew I loved her already, but now I know that she is a great person. And I will always be a fan of her. Go check out her website and read more about it… because after all… Green is sexy!

I think this is a really important issue and deserves a lot of attention. I especially admire celebrities who do what they can because they have a lot of influence to do good in the world. I can’t say that I’m the best environmentalist but I do what I can including reusing shopping bags, using energy saving bulbs, keeping electricity usage as low as possible, etc. If we want our world to beautiful in the future, we have to take care of it today.
